Nightshift Survive

  • 1 scoop of our Fuel and repair powder.
  • 1 medium banana (frozen works best).
  • ½ cup Greek yoghurt (or plant-based alternative).
  • Espresso shot or cold brewed coffee or chilled black coffee (Before midnight), or a spoonful of Not Coffee powder (after midnight).
  • ½ cup of unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice).
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter.
  • Handful of ice cubes

Optional add-ons

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon -Helps regulate blood sugar during night shifts
  • 1 tablespoon chia or flax seeds-Adds fibre +omega-3s
  • Cocoa powder-Makes it tastes like dessert without extra sugar!

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender (liquids first)
  • Blend until creamy and smooth
  • Taste and adjust for sweetness or texture – add more milk for thinner, or more ice for thicker
  • Pour into a to-go cup and “survive and thrive the shift”

Dayshift Revive

  • 1 scoop of our Fuel & Repair-collagen + creatine blend
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter (or almond)
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup rolled oats (optional, for slow-release energy)
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • ½ cup if ice
  • Dash of cinnamon or pinch of salt (optional)

Optional add-ons

  • 1tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 shot of espresso (extra shift kick start)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions

  • Add liquid first then other ingredients into blender
  • Blend until smooth consistency
  • Pour in to-go cup

Night shift Recharge

  • 1 scoop of our Fuel & Repair collagen + creatine blend
  • 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt (or other)
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup ice (optional for thickness)

Add-ons for extraboost

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp flaxseed or hemp seeds

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour into your travel cup or shaker – ready for shift, post-shift or that 3am pick me up

Mid shift reset

  • 1 scoop of our Fuel & Repair collagen + creatine powder blend
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any low-cal option)
  • ½ cup of frozen berries
  • ½ banana
  • 1tsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp honey or stevia (optional)
  • ½ cup ice

Optional add-ons

  • Handful of spinach (you won’t taste it – adds micronutrients)
  • Dash of cinnamon or vanilla extract for flavour
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender
  • Blend until smooth and creamy
  • 3Pour into cup

Days off reset

  • 1 scoop of our Fuel & Repair collagen + creatine blend
  • 1 cup coconut water (or cold water for lighter option)
  • ½ banana (optional-adds creaminess)
  • 1 green apple or kiwi fruit
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • ¼ avocado (optional)
  • ½ tbsp lemon/lime juice
  • ½ cup ice

Add-ons for extraboost

  • Tbsp chia or hemp seeds
  • 1tsb fresh ginger
  • 1 scoop greens powder

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender
  • Blend until smooth and bright green
  • Pour, sip and feel human again
