Nightshift Survive
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Fuel & Repair powder
- 1 medium frozen banana
- ½ cup Greek yoghurt (or plant-based)
- Espresso, cold brew, or black coffee (before midnight) — or Not Coffee powder (after midnight)
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp nut butter (peanut or almond)
- Handful of ice cubes
Optional: Cinnamon (blood sugar regulation), chia or flax seeds, cocoa powder
Method
"Add all ingredients to a blender (liquids first). Blend until creamy and smooth. Taste and adjust — add more milk for thinner, more ice for thicker. Pour into a to-go cup."
Dayshift Revive
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Fuel & Repair powder
- 1 tbsp natural nut butter
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ cup rolled oats (optional, for slow-release energy)
- 1 cup milk of choice
- ½ cup ice
- Cinnamon or salt (optional)
Optional: Honey or maple syrup, espresso shot, chia seeds
Method
"Add liquid first, then remaining ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a to-go cup."
Night Shift Recharge
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Fuel & Repair powder
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup ice (optional)
Optional: Chia seeds, vanilla protein powder (½ scoop), flaxseed or hemp seeds
Method
"Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into your travel cup or shaker."
Mid Shift Reset
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Fuel & Repair powder
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup frozen berries
- ½ banana
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp honey or stevia (optional)
- ½ cup ice
Optional: Spinach, cinnamon or vanilla extract, chia seeds
Method
"Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into cup."
Days Off Reset
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Fuel & Repair powder
- 1 cup coconut water (or cold water)
- ½ banana (optional)
- 1 green apple or kiwi fruit
- 1 handful spinach
- ¼ avocado (optional)
- ½ tbsp lemon or lime juice
- ½ cup ice
Optional: Chia or hemp seeds, fresh ginger, greens powder
