SHIPPING POLICY
Processing and Dispatch All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic (Australia): Standard (3-7 business days) / Express (1-3 business days).

International (New Zealand): Standard (7-14 business days).
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers Shift Focus ships to addresses within Australia and New Zealand, including P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers where supported by the local postal service.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
International Shipping (New Zealand) We are pleased to ship our products to New Zealand. Please be aware of the following:

Customs & Biosecurity: The importer (you, the customer) is responsible for ensuring that the products comply with New Zealand’s Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) regulations. Shift Focus is not responsible for items seized, delayed, or destroyed by NZ Customs or Biosecurity.

Import Duties & GST: For orders under NZD $1,000, you generally will not be charged GST or duties at the border. However, for orders exceeding this amount, you may be liable for NZ GST and Customs levies. All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages Shift Focus is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping only until the point of delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at shiftfocushealth@outlook.com.au within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide photos of the packaging and the product so we can process a claim under the Australian Consumer Law.
Authority to Leave (ATL) By default, some carriers may leave your parcel in a safe place. Shift Focus is not responsible for stolen or missing parcels once the carrier has marked the item as "Delivered." If you do not want ATL, please specify this in your order notes.
