Returns & Refund Policy
Our Guarantee We back our products completely. If you're not satisfied with your Shift Focus purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or a full refund. No awkward questions.
Our goods also come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Shift Focus products. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
To start a claim, contact us at shiftfocushealth@outlook.com.au with your order number. This policy applies to a maximum of one unit per customer per product.
2. Change of Mind Returns We also accept change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it
- The tamper-evident seal must be unbroken and the packaging unopened. Due to health and safety regulations regarding ingestible supplements, we cannot accept change of mind returns for opened products unless the product is faulty
- You must provide proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at shiftfocushealth@outlook.com.au. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that for change of mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
3. Damages, Faults, and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have a right to a refund or replacement if a product is:
- Defective or damaged (e.g., the bottle is cracked or the packaging seal was broken upon arrival)
- Unsafe
- Significantly different from the description or sample provided
- Unfit for its intended purpose
If you believe your item is faulty, contact us immediately at shiftfocushealth@outlook.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover the cost of return shipping for items confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly sent.
4. Non-Returnable Items For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns on items where the safety seal has been tampered with or broken, except where the product is faulty.
Note on Sale Items: Under Australian law, you still have a right to a refund for faulty items even if purchased on sale. We do not offer change of mind refunds for clearance or sale items.
5. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
