As a nutritionist who works closely with shift workers, I’m really picky about what I use and recommend and this has genuinely earned its place in my own routine. It’s helped with steady energy, brain fog and recovery and I’ve had no bloating with the creatine, which is a huge win for me.

I’ve tried another unflavoured collagen before and it leaves a funny aftertaste! I was hesitant to try another “unflavoured “ collagen due to this. However I’m glad I gave this a go, there is no funny aftertaste or grittiness. The Creatine is a huge bonus and mixes well in my iced coffee. I have already recommended this to both my shift work and non shift work friends!

Love that it’s creatine and collagen powder in the one bag. Just means one less powder to add to pre shift beverages / yogurt pots when in a rush. I have been using an unflavoured collagen peptide powder for the last month or two however sometimes skip it due to the stronger aftertaste. The shift focus fuel & repair powder, although still has a slight aftertaste (in my opinion) is VERY MILD and I’ll happily have in water, which I can’t do (taste wise) with my previous collagen powder.

Have only been using for a short time but I’ve noticed a huge difference in my sleep! It has helped achieve deeper sleep post nightshifts and I highly recommend to anyone that struggles with shift work sleep.
